These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website showzaqust.monster and any engineering commissioning agreements entered into with Showzaqust Overland Expeditions Ltd (Company No. 14920482).

1. Vehicle Commissioning & Specifications

All technical specifications, range estimates, and electrical capacities published on our portal represent optimal testing parameters. Actual remote performance varies based on terrain grade, ambient temperature, fuel quality, and solar irradiance.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All vehicle CAD schematics, proprietary telemetry portal code, chassis mounting designs, and branding assets are exclusive intellectual property of Showzaqust Overland Expeditions Ltd. Unauthorized copying or mechanical reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

While our expedition platforms are engineered to extreme specifications, overlanding in remote or hostile environments carries inherent risks. Showzaqust shall not be held liable for emergency extraction costs or off-grid operator error resulting from failure to maintain routine battery or engine health.

4. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in London, United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over legal disputes.
